When a class or appointment only accepts passes, you can now decide what a customer without one sees.
- A new Buy a pass while booking setting on your Payment settings page lets you choose where booking first is allowed: nowhere, calendar classes only, appointments only, or both.
- Where you allow it, a customer without a pass keeps their spot and buys the required pass in the same checkout, instead of being sent away to buy the pass first.
- Where you do not allow it, customers are shown the accepted passes so they can buy one and come straight back to the time they wanted, instead of just seeing an error.
- The setting can be different for each location, and the rule is applied consistently wherever a booking is made.
- Studios on the new checkout now see the Payment settings page in Settings, with a location picker at the top, and a Payment section when editing a class.
