When you delete a customer you can now choose to remove their records as well, and the clean-up is quieter and tidier than before.
- Deleting a customer can also remove their bookings, waiting-list places, passes, payments, shopping carts and messages, and any active recurring subscription is cancelled first.
- Only bookings that are still upcoming send a cancellation, so past classes and bookings that were already cancelled no longer trigger cancellation emails or alerts.
- Any places the customer was holding while part-way through checkout are released back to the class straight away, so those spots become bookable again instead of staying blocked.
