Editing several scheduled classes together is no longer limited to class size.
- Select multiple classes and change the instructor, the start time, the class size, or any combination of them in one step.
- A start time change keeps each class on its own date, so every selected class simply moves to the new time on its own day.
- Changing the instructor also brings that instructor's pay setup across to each updated class.
- Before anything is saved, we check every selected class against your existing schedule and against the other classes in your selection. If an instructor or room would be double-booked, nothing is saved and you are told which situation caused the clash.
- Each updated class is still recorded in your activity log and synced to your calendar as usual.
