Fixed an issue where an appointment paid for in the older checkout could end up without its calendar entry and online meeting link.
- The calendar entry is now created after payment confirms the appointment, instead of while the booking is still unconfirmed.
- Customers and instructors reliably receive the appointment in their connected calendar, with the meeting link where applicable.
