We refined how the Bulk Management area honours each staff member's access level:
- Tabs you don't have permission to view (Classes, User passes, Reservations, Cancellations) are now hidden, and update automatically when a staff member's role changes.
- Staff who can view all instructors but may only manage their own classes can no longer edit bookings or mark attendance on other instructors' rows.
- The waiting list now loads its data reliably with the correct filters applied from the very first time it opens.
