Several fixes to how bookings are confirmed:
- Booking a class without using a pass now records the class price as an amount still owed, so it appears on the customer's outstanding balance instead of disappearing.
- If part of a multi-class booking fails, the whole booking is now undone - no half-made bookings are left behind and no pass visits are used up.
- A pass that allows only one class per day is no longer used automatically for a second class on the same day.
- Where the customer chooses their own equipment, the booking now waits for that choice instead of assigning equipment automatically, even when everything is free.
- Changing equipment on a confirmed booking now keeps the full number of places the booking holds, and refuses equipment that costs extra or does not belong to that class.
