If you approve bank transfer or cash payments before they count, a class a customer books when buying a pass with one of these methods now waits for your approval.
- While you review the payment, the customer's place in the class and the pass visit are kept for them, and they are taken off the waiting list.
- The customer gets no booking confirmation or class reminder, and earns no rewards for that purchase or class, until you approve the payment.
- When you approve the payment, or mark it as paid, the booking is confirmed, the pass starts as usual, the customer gets their confirmation once, and their rewards become available.
- If you reject the payment, the place goes back to the class and the customer gets no confirmation or rewards.
- Online card payments, and studios that do not require approval for bank transfer or cash, still confirm bookings straight away.
