Your customers can now do more without leaving the chat assistant:
- Self-service booking: book classes and appointments, cancel a booking, or join a waitlist just by chatting.
- Browse everything by chat: ask about classes, shop items, instructor profiles, discounts, contact details, and available appointment times, with quick links to book or buy.
- Send a photo: customers can share an image with the assistant and it understands what they sent.
All bookings still follow your usual eligibility, capacity, cancellation, and pass rules.
