Amelia wants the 7pm class every Tuesday for the next four weeks. Ask Obie to prepare those bookings, then review all four dates together instead of approving each booking separately.
- Ask Obie. Open Obie in your admin and say: "Book Amelia into the next four Tuesday 7pm classes." Use a customer and classes from your own business.
- Review the dates. Obie shows one approval list with the customer, the family member if you are booking for one, and each class with its date and time. Check the list before anything is booked.
- Approve once. Obie books only the sessions on that list and reports which bookings were completed.
If a booking cannot be completed: Obie keeps the bookings already made, stops there, and tells you which session could not be confirmed and which were not attempted. If you want to try the remaining sessions again, ask Obie for a fresh list to review.
