Automatic replies to people who reach out on your connected social accounts are now more reliable.
- A reply that fails to send no longer counts toward your daily reply limit, so it doesn't reduce how many other leads get a reply that day.
- A failed reply can now be tried again straight away. Before, the person had to wait out the full waiting period between replies before they heard back.
- Your reply limits and waiting period between replies to the same person are unchanged.
