A set of booking and settings improvements is now available to every studio.
- Choose who sees attendance. Your Calendar settings now always show the per-audience visibility options for attendance, and for the waiting list where that feature is switched on, replacing the old single attendee-visibility choice.
- See how your automated emails were delivered. Your automated email history now shows a delivery status for each message, with totals for sent, opened, bounced and failed at the top of the page. Your customers still see the simple sent status in their own history.
- Google Calendar opens in place. Connecting or managing Google Calendar from an account now opens in a pop-up panel and returns you there after signing in, instead of moving to a separate page.
- Bookings that finish straight away. When nothing is left to pay, a class booking is completed immediately and the screen confirms it with Booking confirmed. If the connection drops part way through, returning to the app picks up the remaining steps instead of booking twice.
- A step-by-step confirmation screen. Bookings are now confirmed one at a time with a progress indicator, the pass being used is shown as a full pass card with its remaining visits and price, and who is attending plus any equipment are grouped into a single Details choice that defaults to the account holder.
- Opening a class you have already booked. Tapping a class in the calendar that you already hold a place in now shows your booking, and you can add a second place with Make another reservation where the class allows it. A full session now shows a compact Full badge over the class photo.
- A more accurate cancellation policy. The policy now uses the settings of the individual session rather than the class, correctly says cancellation is possible when it is allowed with a charge, and states the exact late-cancellation charge - including separate wording for class passes and points passes, and no charge at all when none applies.
- Fixed: the countdown on a class you have booked now keeps running for as long as the screen is open.
- Fixed: a booking can no longer be submitted twice by tapping the button again.
- Fixed: stock on a basket item is never shown as a negative number.
- Item added to your cart now appears as a simple message at the bottom of the screen.
