The built-in assistant is more reliable during setup and more accurate when answering questions about your studio.
- Typing a new message while the assistant is waiting on a form no longer leaves it stuck asking for that form again.
- When you approve an import from an uploaded document, everything you approved - customers, instructors and offerings - is created right away. Instructor email addresses are now an optional follow-up step, so declining it no longer leaves the import unfinished.
- Placeholder instructor emails are accepted during import and can be replaced later from the Staff page.
- The assistant no longer states a class day or time from memory; it checks the schedule first and tells you when a class has no sessions booked.
- The assistant no longer describes admin steps it cannot verify, and instead offers to do the task for you or tells you the help center does not cover it.
- In Chinese, the assistant now uses the same archive wording shown on the buttons in the admin screens.
- Guided business-setup conversations are no longer mistaken for on-screen navigation requests.
