The assistant is better at helping you set up and run your studio.
- Guided business setup now asks for an optional phone number for each instructor, alongside name and email, and pre-fills your own number when it is on file.
- Creating a repeating class now checks instructor and room availability first and tells you who or what is already booked, and at what time, instead of creating a clash.
- When you ask why an appointment time is missing, the assistant explains it in everyday language instead of internal setting names.
- Ask the assistant to take you to Customer view and it now switches for you instead of describing the steps.
- Instructors with a single name are saved and listed correctly, and blank names are no longer accepted.
- Summaries now finish reliably when the first attempt is slow.
