The AI assistant in your admin area has a friendlier chat experience.
- Redo no longer erases anything. Selecting Redo on one of your questions asks it again as a new message, and the rest of the conversation stays exactly as it was. Redo is now available on every question you have asked, not just the most recent one.
- Edit or remove a rating. Selecting thumbs-down on a reply you already rated reopens the feedback box with your saved reason and notes so you can update them, or choose Clear to remove the rating instead of accidentally wiping it.
- Ratings stay in view. Rated replies keep their rating buttons visible, and hovering over a thumbs-down shows the reason you saved.
- Rate a reply while a form is open. The thumbs buttons now always appear on an assistant form that is waiting for your answer. A rating given before the reply finishes saving is kept and applied automatically, and it survives a page refresh.
- Pick several dates at once. Assistant forms can now ask for multiple dates in one calendar, which makes setting up course session dates much quicker.
