Declining a booking confirmation, or having part of a multi-class booking fail, no longer leaves those classes stuck.
- Asking the assistant to make that booking again brings up a fresh confirmation to approve.
- A whole multi-class booking you declined can be re-requested in one go, for example by naming the date of that group of classes.
- A class that failed within a multi-class booking reopens on its own when you ask for it again.
- Everyday wording works, including phrases such as asking to add the booking again or explaining that you cancelled by mistake.
- Simply asking whether it worked is treated as a question, not as a new booking request, so nothing is booked by accident.
- Naming a different date, a different time or a different person does not revive the booking you declined.
- If you decline, the assistant tells you the booking was not made instead of leaving the reply unclear.
