Your admin assistant can now edit the content of your Blog & News posts and your About Us page section by section, instead of rewriting the whole text and losing its formatting.
- Ask it to change, add, move or remove a paragraph, heading, list, table, image or other section, in English or Chinese.
- Headings, links, images, tables and layouts you did not ask to change stay exactly as they were.
- If the content was changed by someone else since the assistant last read it, the assistant reads it again before making its change, so nothing is overwritten.
- Each change is saved to your activity log.
- A live global announcement cannot be edited this way. The assistant will suggest archiving or deleting it instead.
