Your admin assistant can now cancel several bookings for one customer in one go, instead of one at a time.
- Ask, for example, "Cancel several bookings". If it is not clear whose bookings or which dates, the assistant asks you to pick the customer, an optional family member and the dates.
- Before anything is cancelled, you see one approval card listing every class, date, time, instructor and family member.
- You can cancel up to 50 bookings at once. If one cancellation cannot be confirmed, the assistant stops there and tells you exactly which bookings were cancelled and which were not.
- Your customers may receive their usual cancellation notifications.
