The chat assistant (in the app and on LINE) can now help you with more of your account:
- See your full pass history, including active, expired, used-up, and unpaid passes, with attendance and dates.
- Look up your payment and receipt history, with dates, amounts, and payment details.
- Check your waiting-list entries and your current position for each class.
- View your rewards balance, including loyalty and referral rewards and amounts expiring soon.
- Apply or remove a coupon code on your cart, then finish checkout in the app.
