Your admin assistant can now take on more of your shop and customer admin, and it always shows you exactly what will change before anything is saved.
- Shop categories: ask it to create a category under an existing one, rename it, move it somewhere else, or archive and restore it. Archiving or restoring covers everything underneath, and the assistant lists every affected category before you confirm.
- Product options and prices: ask it to set up a product's options - such as colour and size - and it will build the full list of combinations with a price, availability, SKU and barcode for each one. Photos stay as they are and stock is left untouched. You can also turn a product back into a single, option-free item.
- Add-ons: ask it to set which classes or passes are offered as add-ons with a product. You can set either list on its own, and clearing a list removes those add-ons.
- More customer details: the assistant can now read and update a customer's own reference number and custom fields, WhatsApp, Skype and LINE contacts, health notes, and invoice details including tax number, carrier, business name and preferred invoice type. It reads the current values first and shows you the before and after. It still cannot change passes, bookings, roles or login details.
