The admin assistant can now handle customer access locks and unpaid bookings for you.
- Ask it whether a customer is currently locked, when the lock started, and when it will lift automatically.
- Lock a customer out of making new bookings indefinitely, for your configured unlock period, or until a date and time you choose - and unlock them again straight away.
- A lock only stops new bookings. It does not cancel or refund existing bookings or passes, and the customer can still buy passes.
- Ask it to set up your full lockout rule: count no-shows, late-cancellation penalties, or both, over a rolling number of days or each calendar month, with a shared limit or a separate limit for each type, and limit penalty counting to the passes you name.
- Ask it to mark one booking as unpaid. The reservation stays exactly where it is, and the pass that was used is released back to the customer - then you can have the assistant reassign that pass to their other unpaid bookings if you want.
Every one of these changes is shown to you for approval before it is applied.
