The admin assistant gives clearer, better-grounded answers in several everyday situations.
- Instructor sessions month by month. Ask how many sessions one instructor taught over a period and you get a row for every calendar month in that period - months with no sessions show as 0 - plus a single total that always matches the months listed. If the instructor cannot be found, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
- Coupons limited to one use per customer. The assistant now explains this setting correctly: the customer gets the discount on one eligible item, not on every item in the basket and not on the order total. It also says plainly that a promotion's usage count only tells you how many times it was redeemed, not which item in an order was discounted.
- Offline device reports. If you say only that a device or piece of equipment is offline, the assistant asks which one you mean - self check-in tablet, gate, receipt printer, payment terminal or bookable equipment - instead of assuming and telling you there is no problem. Naming the device keeps the full diagnosis available as before.
- Short follow-up questions. After looking up one customer's email delivery, asking the assistant to check the email again stays with that same customer and takes a fresh look, rather than asking you for the name all over again.
- Contact details sent after booking a consultation. A LINE ID, email or phone number sent on its own after a consultation is booked is now passed to the team with the exact details, and the assistant no longer implies the original booking was changed.
