The assistant can now check Google Calendar sync and explain what it is doing.
- Customers and staff can ask about their own connection: whether it is connected, what it is set to sync, and which upcoming classes are synced, pending or failing.
- Studio admins can look up a specific person's connection and sync setting by name, so a question about one instructor no longer returns the admin's own calendar by mistake.
- The assistant explains that sync is one-way: booked and taught classes are sent out to Google Calendar, and private Google events are never read and never block booking availability.
- Connecting, disconnecting, changing the sync setting, refreshing and re-syncing single events are still done on the Account page - the assistant points you there rather than doing it for you.
- Creating a one-off session that clashes with the instructor's or the room's existing booking is now rejected with a clear message naming the clash, instead of appearing to succeed.
