Appointment times now update correctly when you change whether a service needs an instructor

Changing whether an appointment service needs an instructor now fully replaces its available times.

• If you switch a service to no instructor required, customers no longer see times based on your instructors' old schedules.
• If you switch a service back to needing an instructor, the general times from the no-instructor setting are removed, and customers see only times when an instructor is available.
