Appointment times now account for everything a customer adds to their booking, so the times they see are times that can really be booked.
- Times are only offered when the whole booking fits, including extra minutes from add-ons and any follow-on services.
- Follow-on services no longer double-book your staff. A follow-on service that needs a staff member is only offered when someone is free at the time it starts.
- Services that need no instructor, such as a court, can now include add-ons that make the session longer. Before, these add-ons hid every time or stopped the booking with a 'Not enough availability' message.
- For these services, a time is only offered when enough courts or equipment are free for the whole session, including the extra time.
- Follow-on services that need no staff, such as equipment rental, can be booked after a court without waiting for a free staff member. Follow-on services with a staff member, such as coaching, still need someone free when they start.
