Two small fixes to booking and appearance.
- When you tap through several days in a row while booking an appointment, the times shown now always belong to the day you have selected - a slower answer for an earlier day can no longer replace them.
- In dark mode, the save button at the top of a window and the main buttons at the bottom of pop-up windows now sit on the intended darker fill, so their white text is easy to read.
- The month and year switcher in the calendar is no longer too dim to read in dark mode.
