AI replies for your LINE customers are now available to every studio with LINE connected, not only studios with the AI Chatbot add-on.
- Without the AI Chatbot add-on: AI replies on LINE use a $5 monthly AI allowance.
- With the AI Chatbot add-on: you keep your existing monthly allowance, which is $50 unless it has been changed for you.
- If you had already turned on AI replies for LINE, they now stay on and use this monthly allowance.
- When the month's allowance is used up, customers get a short message about the monthly limit instead of an AI reply. AI replies start again when the allowance resets on the 1st of the month.
- Your admin assistant can now turn on AI replies for LINE for you.
- Staff with access to your LINE settings can now see how much of this month's AI allowance has been used.
