We polished the admin AI assistant and made plan-expiry dates more accurate.
- One-click close: the "Ask AI" launcher now doubles as a close button while the panel is open.
- Your own wording: the assistant now uses your studio's customized terms (for classes, passes, rooms, instructors, customers, appointments, and calendar) throughout its replies, forms, and suggestions.
- Smoother guided tours: after you finish a guided tour, your next message now continues seamlessly in a normal chat.
- Fewer interruptions: fixed an issue where sending a follow-up too quickly could show a "conversation is already generating" error.
- Accurate expiry dates: plan expiry is now calculated in your studio's own time zone, so your plan stays active through the end of its expiration date and the countdown updates correctly at local midnight.
