Fixed an issue in the admin portal where the AI assistant chat panel could open unexpectedly.
- The assistant panel no longer pops open when a page change is interrupted, such as clicking a row in a table that immediately takes you somewhere else.
- It still opens automatically when the assistant itself was guiding you through a page and something went wrong, so you can see what happened.
