Studios can now offer their customers a smart assistant right inside LINE. When enabled, customers can simply type a question and get instant answers, without waiting for staff.
- Membership at a glance — customers can check their profile and recent activity, including classes attended and their next visit.
- Passes and packages — see remaining visits and expiry dates on active passes, and browse passes available to purchase.
- Upcoming bookings — review upcoming reservations with class, time, and instructor.
- Automatic sign-in prompt — if a customer needs to log in first, the assistant offers a quick link to do so.
The LINE assistant is off by default and can be turned on per studio.
