You can now ask customers to sign your intake and registration forms, and booking is quicker when there is nothing to pay.
- Signature question: add a Signature question to any form. Customers draw their signature with a finger or mouse, and guests can sign registration forms at checkout. Each form can have one signature. It always appears at the bottom of the form next to the form's buttons, and it is required unless you make it optional.
- Signatures cannot be used in a question's show or hide rules. In a customer's form history, a signature appears as an image.
- Adding questions: tap a question to add it to your form. Questions already in the form are greyed out. Once a form has a signature, you cannot add another one.
- Form preview: you can now fill in your form in Preview and check that required questions, such as the signature, work as expected. Nothing you enter in Preview is saved. You can choose a template without filling it in.
- Free bookings: when a booking has nothing to pay, for example because it uses a free pass, customers sign any waiver and fill in any form right in the booking screen, and the booking is confirmed without going to checkout.
- If signing a waiver fails to save, customers now see a message and can try again, instead of the waiver being marked as signed.
