We have made several improvements to the AI assistant that helps you set up and manage your studio.
- Imports no longer wait on instructor emails. If a timetable or schedule you upload names an instructor without an email address, the import goes ahead with a temporary placeholder address. No welcome email is sent to a placeholder, and you can add the real address later on the Staff page.
- No more duplicate classes or passes. If a class or pass with the same name already exists, the assistant reuses or updates it instead of creating a second copy.
- Honest page navigation. When the assistant cannot open a page for you, it now tells you so and gives you directions to find it yourself, instead of saying a page is opening when nothing happens.
- Fewer repeated confirmations. After you submit a form, the assistant now goes ahead and makes the change instead of asking you to confirm a second time.
