The assistant now handles scheduling and customer imports with guided forms that are quicker and more reliable.
- Repeating classes in one go: add every weekly time slot - and even several different classes - in a single form instead of one request at a time.
- Guided forms for courses and one-off sessions: pick the class, instructor, dates and times from ready-made lists, with what the assistant already knows pre-selected.
- Import your customers: ask the assistant about uploading your members and it opens an upload area for a spreadsheet export, screenshot or photo of your current member list, then creates each customer and tells you how many were added and which rows it could not read.
- Type to change a form: replying in chat while a form is open (for example "set the date to August 18th") now updates that same form instead of starting over - and nothing is saved until you press Send.
- Declining a suggestion sticks: when you turn down a proposed change, the assistant asks what to adjust instead of asking you to approve the same thing again, and the declined request stays visible in your chat history.
- Start dates in the past are accepted for repeating classes, and the assistant now names buttons using the language your screen is in.
