📣 9.05 update announcement:
updates on v9.05 :
- Added a custom feature "sales commission" that allows assignning sales representatives for each sold pass or shop item, along with setting the sales commission amount.
- Added the "tags" feature to the settings page, which allows labeling items such as passes, classes, and users.
- Added a button on the right side of the "load more" button to load 1,000 items at once. (note: loading 1,000 items at once may take some time to complete.)
- Added the "custom columns" button to the top of most tables, it allows users to customize each column to be displayed or hidden for easier browsing.
- Added csv/excel export buttons to top of commonly used pages, such as users, passes, classes, schedule, notification history, etc.
- Added "activity log" to the "point system" page, recording to changes made to the point system settings.
- Added "activity log" to the "shared account" editing page, recording changes made to each shared account group.
- Added a column "reference number" to data export, including order numbers and payment information customer provided (e.g., last five digits of the account).
- Added csv/excel export buttons to various "history" in the customer's account page.
- Added "active" and "all" tabs to the "dashboard > passes" page.
- Added filter options "pass," "date range," and "type" to the "activity log" page. The types include "reservation," "reservation cancellation," "payment verified," and "payment deleted."
- Added the REORDER button to the "class categories" and "class rooms" pages.
- Added additional information such as used pass, pass owner, shared pass status to all the customer's account history pages (i.e. account > history > passes purchased).
- Updated the login page to simplify its content and move third-party login buttons and agree terms and conditions buttons to the top.
- Updated the custom feature "branded app" page, added app's contents are currently allowed business to customize.
- Hidden instructor email information on the customer's page.
- Updated the "unpaid classes" section on the "dashboard" page to include reservation with the following pass statuses: "no pass," "unverified," and "unpaid."
➜"No pass": when the administrator assists a customer in making a reservation while the customer's account does not have a "valid pass."
➜"Unverified": when customers make reservations using passes that haven't undergone payment verification will be displayed as "unverified."
➜"Unpaid": when customers make reservations using unpaid passes it will be displayed as "unpaid." - Added the "x" icon in the search tool to remove entered contents.
- Added time information for reservation cancellation to the customer "inbox > upcoming classes" page.
- Added explanation for pass statuses to the customer "inbox > active passes" page.
- Optimized the custom feature "LINE Bot", adding richmenu button options for "custom text," "custom image," "custom url," and "account."
- Adjusted the time setting for class cancellation alert to numeric input, now allowing input from 1 to 99 hours.
- Most of the pages currently have CSV/EXCEL export buttons. The "Export" page is scheduled to be removed before 7/17.
