【Calendar】 Added a feature for admins to bulk book customers into multiple classes at once. (Details in the New Feature Announcement)
【Dashboard】Added "All payments" under "Payments" to view all verified purchase.
【Dashboard】Added "New Customers" information at the top of the page.
【Passes】Adjusted the functionality of the "Hide from Customers" setting on the pass. When enabled, passes will not only be hidden from the customer's pass page but also removed from the cart if already added.
【Custom Feature - Client Login】Client Login will no longer be a custom feature.
【Roles and permissions】Added permission to calendar permissions: "Attendance for Other Instructor's Classes". When this permission is disabled, instructors can only view their own class reservation numbers and not those of other instructors.
【Calendar】Changed the color of "Not Attended" to red for easier identification by users.
【Settings】 Added "Customer Login" under "Customer Settings," allowing businesses to customize which platforms are available for login.
【Passes】Added a new data field for sold passes: "Price/Class" (Price/Points), calculated as the pass sale amount divided by the number of classes/points.
【Passes】 Added a record of changes in "Cost/Class" (Cost/Points) to pass activity logs.
【Reports】Web version 12.00 update (minor version updated on 2024-03-20), the "Class Revenue" in the operations report is now calculated based on the "Cost/Class" (Cost/Points) from pass vital information.
For example: Cost/Points = $500, if a student uses this pass to book a class that costs 2 points, then the course revenue would be calculated as 500 x 2 = $1,000.
＊The app is expected to apply this update to version 12.01.
Web version 12.00 update (minor version updated on 2024-03-20)【Calendar (Admin)】Added reservation alerts to the "Add Customers" page. The alerts allow admins to directly check whether classes are open for booking (or if they've exceeded the reservation time).
