📣 Updates on v11.04

1. 【Reservation setting】The new Feature "Multiple Reservations at Once" is now available on the latest system version. Students can now book multiple classes at once. For detailed information and setup, please refer to the new feature announcement.
2. 【Calendar】Calendar queries for classes up to 7 days ago are reinstated in calendar viewing mode. Also, we resolved occasional issues, present in versions prior to 11.02, where the calendar would sometimes navigate to a date other than the selected one during loading.
3. 【System】The system's top-right "Refresh" button is reinstated. Clicking "Refresh" will no longer cause display issues. Note: If the Refresh button doesn't reload data smoothly, try clearing the browser cache or kill APP then reopening it.
4. 【Online teaching】Adding a new function to "Online Teaching: Zoom" allows connecting multiple Zoom accounts. During the same time slot, you can provide online classes by different Zoom accounts simultaneously. Additionally, it allows one-click creation of links for the next 7 days, and any individual class links can be created by specified Zoom accounts on the calendar page.
5. 【Schedule】A new tab "All Classes" is added to the schedule page. This page will display future classes by default. Use the filter to view past classes, including canceled and deleted ones (*note: deleted classes are viewable but cannot be restored).
6. 【System】The system now detects the language based on the browser for web version and device language for the app (e.g., if the browser displays English, the default interface in the OB system will be in English).
7. 【Appointment】Update the way of set up available time for "appointment" module.  You can now choose start and end time, instead of the previous time block selection. For example, if the reservation time is set from 8 AM to 8 PM for a 1-hour class, the latest time customers can reserve is from 7 PM to 8 PM.
8. 【Appointment】Added a daily appointment limit for instructors. When the daily appointments reach the limit, other time slots will show as fully booked (marked "Limit for day") for that day.
   
9. 【Schedule/Appointment】Update time picker, you can now scroll up and down to view more time options.
10. 【Kiosk instructor check in】The export to Excel function is now added to Kiosk instructor check in history table.
11. 【Account】Improved display of settings for "Auto Emails," "Google Calendar," and "LINE Notifications" on the account settings page.
12. 【Customer checkout】Added payment information on the post-checkout page to prevent customers from completing orders without making the payment and being unable to find the bank transfer account information.
13. 【Users】User activity logs now include records of changes to passes on a class.
14. 【Classes】Activity logs for class now include records of changing the "class cancel alert > automatically cancel class" toggle.
15. 【LINE Notification】Optimized LINE notification messages, shortening OB text and adding the business name.
16. 【Reports】In reports, the total of "classes offered" will no longer include canceled classes.
17. 【Reports】Adjusted the display data columns in reports, adding a "Total" row. Some reports' total rows can be clicked to view detailed information.
18. 【Reports】Added more columns to reports > active passes: number of visits, price, and remaining value. Facilitating tracking of sold pass amounts yet to be fully used.
19. 【Calendar】Added a "Copy Class Link" button in the customer calendar's "Reservation Page," making it easy for businesses and students to share class details for viewing and booking.
20. 【Customer account page】The first "Classes" quantity now includes both unattended classes & attended classes. (previously only calculated attended classes).
