11.01 Update Announcement

updates on v11.01 :

1. Added new custom features "Class Package" , allowing multiple classes to be bound to a pass. The system automatically books all bound courses for a customer who purchases the pass.

2. Adjusted "Customize columns" to allow sorting only by clicking the left-side icon.

3. Added activity log for customer checks in on kiosk.

4. Added archive function to the "bug report / new features" page. You can always look for closed items by selecting "include archived" to YES.

5. Added "user name who uses shared pass" to export data of pass attendance. (If the pass is used by shared user.)

6. Due to server updates, businesses that use "custom domains" are advised to contact us for domain configuration updates.

7. Added the option of "all classes" and "upcoming only" to removing schedule course attendees. (If a customer decides not to continue attending schedule courses, you can remove the customer from upcoming classes.)

8. When deleting a customer's pass, the system now prompts whether to cancel or keep related booking for that pass.

9. Updated the customer interface for the calendar booking page, and detailed information pages for classes, passes and instructors pages.

10. Added a "reservation cancellation" setting to the scheduled class on the schedule page, the rules for cancelling booking will follow this setting (e.g., different cancellation times for morning and evening repeating classes).

11. Optimized the student reservation interface in the "Appointment Module" for a more convenient booking process.

12. Added camera settings to the "Kiosk Customer Check-In" custom feature, allowing fixed activation of the front or rear camera.

13. Updated the appearance of tabs on most pages.

11.02 (Website) Update:

1. Adjusted the display week option text in "Calendar Settings" to reflect system settings changing from months to weeks (no changes to the setting itself).
   
2. Added class period information of schedule course to the customer calendar's booking page, displaying current progress, start, and end dates.
3. Fixed an issue where the "shared passes" column on the user page did not display numbers.
4. Added a "classroom" field to the detailed information in reports for class attendance.
5. Added a "social media" field to the instructor information section, allowing entry of YouTube video links, Instagram IDs, and Facebook IDs. (Visible to customers.)
6. Updated the "Reports" interface, and also removed the display of data for the entire year. (This is to prevent a large data load from affecting the operational speed of other users.)
7. adding "unused passes" data under "passes." Users can choose to display current unrecognized pass status (filter toggles between including or excluding upcoming reservations).
   * "Unused passes" refers to sold passes in which revenue is unfulfilled as the customer has not attended all classes allowed.
