Class rooms allow you to define the physical spaces where your classes take place. This helps customers know where to go and helps with internal scheduling. This article explains the settings available when creating or editing a class room.

Important Information

The essential details for your class room.

  • Name - The room name displayed to customers and staff (e.g., "Studio A", "Yoga Room", "Main Hall"). Use the language selector to enter names in English and Chinese. Maximum 200 characters.
  • Location - Select which business location this room belongs to. Important for businesses with multiple locations.
  • Capacity - The maximum number of people the room can accommodate. This helps with scheduling and ensures you don't overbook classes in this room.

Description & Cover Photo

Add rich content to showcase your room to customers.

Description

  • Use the rich text editor to describe the room's features, equipment, and atmosphere.
  • Format text with bold, italic, headings, lists, and colors.
  • Add images and links to enhance the description.
  • Use the AI button to help generate content.
  • Switch languages to enter descriptions in English and Chinese.

Cover Photo

  • Upload an image to represent the room.
  • Recommended dimensions: 1000px x 600px.
  • Drag and drop or browse to upload.
  • A good photo helps customers visualize where their class will be held.

Classes & Tags

Classes

  • View which classes are assigned to this room.
  • Classes are assigned to rooms from the individual class settings (Class room section).
  • The room will be automatically assigned to calendar entries when a class is scheduled.

Tags

  • Add tags for additional organization.
  • Select from existing tags or create new ones.
  • Tags can help with internal organization and filtering.

Customer Visibility

From the Class Rooms list, you can control whether customers can see your rooms.

Customers - Class room page

  • Toggle this setting to display a dedicated "Class rooms" page to customers.
  • When enabled, customers can browse your rooms, see photos, descriptions, and capacity.
  • This helps customers familiarize themselves with your facilities before booking.

When to enable:

  • You have multiple distinct rooms or studios
  • Your rooms have unique features or equipment
  • You want to showcase your facilities to attract customers

Managing Class Rooms

From the Class Rooms list, you can:

  • +NEW - Create a new class room
  • REORDER - Change the display order of rooms
  • OPTIONS - Filter and customize the view
  • Search - Find specific rooms
  • Delete - Remove rooms (select rooms first using checkboxes)

Note: Class rooms are optional. If your business operates in a single space, you may not need to set up class rooms. They are most useful for businesses with multiple studios, rooms, or locations.
