Classes Tab
The Classes tab displays all the classes and services your business offers. Each class is a unique entry in the system, even if multiple classes share the same name.
Key information shown:
- Class Name - The name of the class displayed to customers
- Cover Photo - Visual representation of the class
- Category - Which category the class belongs to
- Duration - How long the class runs
- Points - Points required to book (if using a points-based pass system)
- Size - Maximum number of participants
Actions available:
- +NEW - Create a new class
- REORDER - Change the display order of classes
- OPTIONS - Filter and customize the view
- Search - Find specific classes quickly
Class Categories Tab
The Class Categories tab helps you organize your classes into logical groups. Categories make it easier for customers to browse and find classes that interest them.
Key information shown:
- Category Name - The name of the category
- Color - A color code to visually distinguish categories
- Classes - Number of classes in this category (click to view them)
- Tags - Additional labels for organization
Benefits of using categories:
- Customers can filter classes by category when booking
- Helps organize a large number of classes
- Makes your booking page easier to navigate
- Color coding provides quick visual identification
Examples: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Yoga, Pilates, One-on-One, Group Classes
Class Rooms Tab
The Class Rooms tab allows you to define physical spaces where classes take place. This is an optional feature that helps customers understand where their class will be held.
Key information shown:
- Class Room Name - The name of the room (e.g., Studio A, Studio B)
- Cover Photo - Image of the room
- Capacity - Maximum number of people the room can hold
- Classes - Number of classes assigned to this room
- Location - Which business location the room belongs to
Customer visibility toggle:
Enable "Customers - Class room page" to display a dedicated class rooms page to customers. This lets them see photos and details of your facilities before booking.
When to use class rooms:
- You have multiple rooms or studios
- Different rooms have different equipment or atmospheres
- You want to show customers where their class will be held
- Helps with internal scheduling and resource management
