Q: What kind of opportunity or circumstance led you to decide to start Omcean Booking?
A: Actually, this stems from my own experience running a service business. At that time, I deeply understood the difficulties and struggles of finding an “ideal tool.” The booking systems on the market faced several serious issues: lack of Chinese support, high costs, and functionality that was either too complex to use or too basic to solve real operational challenges.I realized that there had to be a better solution—one that delivers powerful features through the simplest and most intuitive interface.This determination to create a booking system that is affordable for everyone and easy for anyone to use became the starting point of Omcean Booking. What we developed is more than just a system; it’s a way to help businesses establish a more efficient and smarter operational model.
Q: What defines your leadership style?
A: My leadership style can be summarized as: “Treat people with care, achieve together.” I believe that a leader’s primary responsibility is to discover each team member’s potential and place them precisely where they can shine the most.To achieve this, I give my team full autonomy and trust in their work. Experience has shown that when team members feel this trust and space, they naturally develop a sense of ownership. The self-driven energy they generate and the results they achieve often exceed all expectations.
