Yes. OmceanBooking offers four default role types and also supports custom roles and permission adjustments, allowing businesses to control what each role can view and manage based on operational needs.

The four default roles are:
Account Admin: Has full access to all settings, including branches, courses, members, and permission adjustments.
Manager: Can manage courses, appointments, and some backend settings.
Instructor: Can view their own schedule, student lists, and attendance records.
Salesperson: Can view customer and sales information related to themselves.

Businesses can also create custom roles in the backend and fine-tune permissions for each function, such as whether a role can edit courses, view member information, or manage payments.
Role-based permissions help improve data security and make team responsibilities clearer.
Yes. OmceanBooking can manage multiple branches simultaneously, allowing business owners to view courses, bookings, and customer information for all locations from a single dashboard.

Administrators can set up separate services, instructor schedules, and course rules for each branch.
Different role permissions can also be assigned so that each branch only accesses its own data, while account administrators can view overall operations across all branches.

Note: Multi-branch management requires 5 custom feature points per additional location. This feature is only available on Growth plan (10 features) or higher. Basic (1 feature) and Essential (4 features) plans do not have enough feature points to support multiple locations.
